I started with a dream and a whole lot of hustle.

Cheryl began her real estate journey more than a decade ago with a single rental property and an unwavering belief that owning real estate could change lives. She learned every part of the business β€” from finding deals and managing renovations to mentoring new investors β€” and built a portfolio based on discipline, empathy, and strategic risk-taking. Along the way Cheryl has taught thousands, mentored dozens of investors to financial independence, and kept her focus on single-family homes as the foundation of generational wealth.
